Dr. Laura Greer practices Maternal-Fetal Medicine at the Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas office. Dr. Greer has a special interest in infectious disease in pregnancy and is an active member of the Fetal Anomaly Care and Treatment (FACT) program at Medical City Dallas, dedicated to helping families with pregnancies complicated by infants with birth defects and genetic disorders.
Dr. Greer grew up in Stillwater, Oklahoma and attended Hendrix College, from where she graduated magna cum laude with departmental distinction in biology. After college, she earned her doctorate of jurisprudence from The University of Texas at Austin School of Law and then served as Assistant District Attorney for Dallas County before attending medical school.
Dr. Greer attended The University of Texas at Southwestern Medical School and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology and fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine Fellowship at Parkland Memorial Hospital. Dr. Greer has been practicing at our Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas office for the past five years.
When not working, Dr. Greer enjoys spending time with her extended family and friends. She is passionate about physical fitness and anything outdoors, including running, sculling, snow skiing, and gardening.
