Fran Cumberland, RDMS, is a Texas native. She is a registered diagnostic medical sonographer (RDMS), accredited as a specialist in obstetrical ultrasound. She has been performing obstetrical sonography since 1993 and has been a valued part of the NTPA team since September 2004.
