 Dr. Carol Brown-Elliott practices medicine at the Medical Center of Plano. A native Californian, she completed medical school at the University of California San Francisco. She completed her Ob/Gyn residency at UT Houston, and completed her MFM Fellowship at Wayne State University in Detroit.
The DFW metroplex became her home in 1996. In addition to her academic accomplishments, Dr. Brown-Elliott is actively involved in her community. She’s an active supporter of Girls Inc., a program dedicated to helping girls and young women focus on a successful future. In fact, she is a recipient of that group’s "She Knows Where She’s Going" award. She also participates in the Plano ISD clinical rotation that introduces students to the world of medicine. Dr. Brown-Elliott not only practices high-risk obstetrics, she’s lived it. Her own high-risk pregnancy deepened her understanding of what patients go through and brought her the light of her life, her son. Dr. Brown-Elliott looks forward to helping her patients’ pregnancies turn out just as successfully as hers. |
